We network constantly in the Insurance industry. Because our business is people solving problems, we spend our day talking to people. We find out who they are and what they need to succeed.

Company Profile:
Alfred Padway was a CPCU with an independent insurance agency in Wisconsin when he moved to California. After a brief experience with a personnel agency, he knew that there was a better way. In 1970 he formed IPS, a personnel agency just for the insurance industry. His wife Esther, formerly a school principal, joined Al and organized the operations with a combination of human warmth and no-nonsense efficiency gained from her years in education.
Al and Esther are gone now, but IPS is still in the family and still based on their principles and their long-term view of relationships. Ethical standards are paramount. Many of our original customers are still loyal after 37 years. One of the most common comments from visitors to our office is how different, how comfortable and humane it is.
We understand insurance, and we
understand the insurance business.
There are few if any major brokerages in our
area that don't have IPS candidates on staff.
